TERMS & CONDITIONS

All DVD sales are final.

These terms and condiditions address

1) Replacement of defective DVDs.
2) Pre-Approved DVD returns.
3) DVD Exchanges

All returns and replacements are only valid within 20 days from the date of your order.
Exchanges are valid for 90 days.

1) In the unlikely event that a DVD is defective, we will replace the defective DVD free of charge and at our sole discrection.

In order to replace a defective DVD, please contact us first using the "Contact Us" link on this site and inform us of the problem.
If we are unable to resolve the problem, please return the defective DVD along with an explanation of the problem to us at

Upon our verification that the product is indeed defective, we will at our sole discrection either re-ship a new product free of charge, or we will issue a refund (less the re-stocking and shipping charges).

2) On occasion and at our sole discretion, unopened DVDs may be returned for a refund of the product price less a 15% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are NOT refundable and will be deducted from the amount of your credit. In the event that we agree to a DVD return, please ship the relevant item along with a copy of our email acceptance to us at:

Once we recieve the item, we will deduct the 15% re-stocking fee and shipping costs and issue a credit to your credit card. The shipping costs for partial order returns will be $4 plus $1 per DVD returned.

3) You may exchange DVDs for others in our collection. Please mail the DVD you wish to exchange along with femorg email approval listing the new DVD you would like to us at:

Once we recieve your DVD, we will deduct a restocking and exchange fee of 50%, and the shipping costs of $4 (minimum) plus $1 per DVD, and issue you a coupon for the balance. You can apply this coupoun to any new purchases in our store. Coupons issued are valid for 30 days only.
